Brian Hébert - Chairman
Brian joined the board in 2020. He is the mission pastor at Wilcrest Baptist Church. WBC took their first trip to Peru in 2017 and has been participating in the Pastor Training School ever since. Brian also leads the Intercultural Studies Program at HBU and hosts the Nations Reaching Nations podcast. Brian and his wife have five kids.
Zach Nicholson - Church Liaison
Zach has been instrumental in the development of the ministry. As a pastor, his experience and knowledge in church management is a tremendous asset to guiding the activities of this non-profit organization. Zach is currently the Lead Pastor at The Fellowship in Easton, Massachusetts. Zach and his wife have three children.
Marian Perry - Treasurer
With a BSA in Managerial Finance, with years of experience in corporate accounting and as Office Manager at First Baptist Church of Rosenberg, Marian provides the knowledge and expertise needed to keep the non-profit ministry running smoothly. She most enjoys working “behind the scenes”, paying the bills, advising on financial issues and recording the costs of the ministry. Marian has two daughters.
Gary Wallis - Director of Projects
Gary is a career civil/structural designer. During a visit to the village in 2013, Gary saw the great needs of the Cocamas and has played a critical role in meeting their needs ever since. Gary and his wife Kris have three daughters and two granddaughters. They live in the Houston area where they are members of Crossroads United Methodist Church.
